• We are independently owned and run. We are owned by Justin & Jill Young who both work in the business to drive it forward;
• We have an excellent Practice Manager, Wendy, who ensures the smooth day to day running of the practice, providing excellent support to our team;
• We have a highly skilled team, both on the nursing side and front of house in order to provide excellent support to our clinicians. We boast a high number of qualifed dental nurses, a large proportion of our team who have been with us 5+ years and all our clincians are provided with the support of a Treatment Co-ordinator (“TCO”).
• We like to invest in good equipment, high quality materials, the latest technology and training; and
• Great career development prospects – we like to invest and support our team in undertaking further training to develop themselves and what we can offer to our patients.
We are a three surgery practice but we are currently expanding.
