After obtaining his BDS degree at Dundee University in 2017, and a year working in the city, the pull of home brought him to Alford. Having grown up in Turriff, not far from the practice, he retains close links to the north east community and has a good knowledge of the area and it’s people. He is interested in all aspects of general dentistry but finds oral surgery and dealing with children and anxious patients particularly rewarding.
Ross has recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Conscious Sedation at the University of Newcastle, giving patients who suffer from dental phobia the option of treatment under sedation, for a more relaxed experience in an environment they are familiar with.
His ties to the community extend to his social life where he is a keen golfer and regularly attends football matches in Aberdeen with family. Outside of sport he also enjoys going to the cinema and socialising with friends.
