Justin is a fantastic trainer who is always willing to lend a hand and incredibly knowledgeable. He’s approachable, engaging, and creates a supportive environment where you’re never pressured to rush before you’re ready. As a newly graduated dentist, you’ll definitely get the guidance and experience you need to get a great start to your career.

As a VDP I have never felt isolated or unsupported during my VT year. Justin, Jill and the rest of the team are all wonderful to work with and will always ensure you have what you need. Everyone here is very friendly and if you ever need additional support, all the other associates are very approachable and are more than happy to  help when they can.

On the clinical side, I’ve gained solid experience in biomemitic dentistry, had the chance to use the intraoral scanner for digital work, and worked with materials like Biodentine. If you’re interested in restorative dentistry and want to get exposure to modern techniques, I’d highly recommend YSDC as it has been a really valuable experience.

Although I will be leaving the practice this year, I really wish I was able to bring the practice with me. I can confidently say that starting your career as a VDP at YSDC will give you plenty of experience and knowledge, and I am very grateful to have joined such a great practice  during my first year as a dentist.”
